Like many arts organisations we achieve huge things with a small core team. Our headquarters is a busy hub of activity with our workforce expanding to upwards of 20 people when projects are in full swing. Production Manager – Full Time

We are looking for a superstar Production Manager to join the team full time for a very busy year in 2021 and beyond! If you have experience managing the production elements for new and touring work, then please apply. On tour, you will operate lighting and audio, so you must be experienced with lighting and audio programming and operation. The role is full time and Bendigo-based with an average of 15 weeks touring each year.

Bendigo artists – We want to hear from you!

Arena moved to Bendigo in 2018 and we are committed to working with local artists from Bendigo and the surrounding region.

We invite expressions of interest from performers, writers, production designers, lighting designers, sound designers, composers, digital artists, production managers, stage managers, set builders, costume makers, photographers and school workshop facilitators who would enjoy working with us.

Auditions

We don’t hold open auditions but do keep CVs and headshots sent to us on file. If you’d like to work with Arena as a performer, please consider inviting Arena to  productions you are performing in – your work is the best means of showcasing your skills to us.

Volunteer

When possible Arena takes on volunteers to assist on our productions and be involved in the ongoing work of the company. Volunteers can gain experience in arts administration, event planning, marketing, creative development and website management. Volunteers are supported and encouraged to learn new skills, develop industry contacts and have fun.
